Low Isee Test Results
Well well not everything will be desserts and things that do not get fat? :)) Here is a recipe healthy, not fattening and provides nothing to resolve any dinner:))
Ingredients:
* Lettuce, as would be more lucid with mixed lettuce, but I can only eat the normal as the others give me allergies. Apple
* * Cream cheese
* Olives * Onions * Corn
* Fresh Tomato * Chicken breast
* Dressing: salt, oil, balsamic vinegar cream
Prepared
* Wash the lettuce and let it soak
* Cut the chicken breast * We
and season the breast in the skillet or griddle
* Cut the onion into thin slices fresh and spent by the pan
* In a bowl put lettuce on lettuce
* diced tomatoes, corn, olives
* On the sides I put slices of cheese
* And finally the onion and chicken to make this at least warm. * Align
