Several Warm salad Macaroni stuffed chicken

Well after a few days without being able to upgrade because of problems with blogger and we're back. This Easter we were cruising in Italy (you can see here ) and bought several types of pasta, one of them these big guys that I have macaroni filled with spinach and ham and then I baked with bechamel and cheese. Hope you like. A recommendation to inches for each guest as they fill a lot:))
Ingredients:

* Macaroni big to fill
* Fresh or frozen spinach

* * Onion diced serrano ham
* Grated
* For the bechamel: butter, salt, milk and flour

Prepared

first put to cook the pasta in a pot with water, some recommendations that we gave our guide in Italy was that boiling water will only ever we put salt and oil ( I always put oil pegase not) told us that the removiésemos continuously to prevent sticking but never put oil. Cook al dente never spend more and no cold water to remove them from the pots.
other hand we have to cook the spinach and when we list the saying in a pan with the onion into small squares and the ham.
When we are ready to help fill a spoon we are introducing into the macaroni.

Now I prepare a bechamel light that did not stay very mazacote, yet as I have said before pretty full:)) pour the bechamel over the macaroni in a dish suitable for oven. Cover with grated cheese and baked to warm up a bit first and then broil function.
